Three one-minute clips were released on the Netflix Geeked Twitter, with the phrases “NOWHERE TO HIDE”, “NO ONE TO TRUST” and “NO WAY TO KNOW WHO’S NEXT.”

The intense clips were just released few weeks before the June premiere of Black Summer’s season 2. It has been over two years since the series first debuted on Netflix. This series has been receiving mostly favorable reviews.

Taking place after six weeks at the beginning of the zombie apocalypse, Black Summer follows a mother named Rose as she fights to find the daughter who was separated from her. Played by Jaime King, Rose navigates the dangerous new world, joining with the strangers to increase her chances of reunion and survival.

Black Summer became a prequel to the popular Syfy series Z Nation, which ran from 2014 to 2018. Z Nation’s executive producers Karl Schaefer and John Hyams also serve as the showrunners for the series. Debuting in April 2019, Black Summer’s first season featured with its eight episodes. Now it was renewed for a second season a few months after its premiere.

Starring Jaime King, Justin Chu Cary, Kelsey Flower, and Christine Lee, Black Summer’s second season premieres on June 17 on Netflix. So we do not have to wait so long to enjoy the horror feast.
